HEAD HOUSEKEEPER FOR A PRESTIGIOUS FAMILY IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Salary: up to USD 5,000 net per month
Location: Middle East
Full relocation, comprehensive benefits package and tax-free income
Contract: Two-year rolling term with private accommodation and transportation provided
Start Date: Immediate

The Chace People team has an exclusive opportunity for a distinguished Head Housekeeper to helm the household operations of a VVIP family estate in the Middle East.

The Role:

Embark on an influential leadership journey where you will steer a seasoned team across multiple residences, sustaining impeccable standards. Your proactive engagement will be pivotal in supervising all facets of the estate, mentoring senior staff, and implementing household management systems. This position welcomes global applicants and includes a full relocation package.

Your Expertise:

Innate leadership prowess, with a flair for coaching and task coordination
Mastery of elite household systems with a proven track record across various estates
Exceptional organisational skills, coupled with a methodical approach
Unwavering commitment to detail
Utmost professionalism and confidentiality
Seasoned in managing VIP households, luxury estates, or premium hospitality services
Versatile and open to dynamic work environments

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the housekeeping division across all estate properties
Curate and oversee the use of premium cleaning products, tailored for an array of exquisite surfaces
Inventory management and control
Continuous development and training of housekeeping personnel
Maintain rigorous, detailed coordination with supervisory teams to ensure seamless operational standards
Oversee the provision of amenities, ensuring all residences are perpetually guest-ready

This full-time position offers a two-year renewable contract along with substantial perks such as quality private accommodation, transportation, medical coverage, and annual flights to your home country. Preference will be given to candidates new to the Middle Eastern experience.
