having launched chace people in 2018, antonia is based in london and leads on all things recruitment. with a 1st class honours degree in marketing and a background in luxury hospitality and lifestyle management, antonia has experience with launching two international recruitment businesses from the ground up and is focused on building our client network globally.

firat joined the chace people team in london as a strategic director in 2021 and is focussed on chace people strategy, finance and operations. with a master’s in finance from european business school, paris and a cfa charter holder, firat has a successful background in global institutions across three major cities; istanbul, paris and london and he speaks five languages! firat is focused on the chace people mission to transform the industry.

abbie is based at the chace people london office where she is focused on senior support staffing globally as well as developing new business and strengthening old. having graduated with a ba in ancient history, abbie started her career in real estate working under some of property's biggest names in the uk and very quickly established herself within the prime london property market. having worked closely with high-net worth individuals over the last 10 years abbie has transferred her knowledge from luxury property to luxury people at chace and now recruits for the homes she used to manage.

based in the uk, sarah has 25 years' experience in the yachting industry, starting her career as a chief stewardess on board some of the world's most prestigious superyachts, before moving into yacht management, luxury hospitality training and recruitment. with an unrivalled network in the industry sarah leads our chacecrew division globally and is responsible for an excellent recruitment journey for both owner and crew.
