  • Flexibility to work on a Saturday or Sunday morning when required – taking this time back in lieu

  • Unpacking the children’s school bags as well as assisting with packing and unpacking for any travel

Candidate requirements:

  • Able to work as a team - the family have a full-time chef, 2 x PA's and a part-time housekeeping assistant

  • Child friendly (assisting with childcare duties such as but not limited to; occasional school run, or looking after child when needed)

  • Pet friendly (dog walking if happy to do so)

  • Someone who has a “muck-in” attitude and who is able to get on with their daily duties

  • Someone who is fit and active

  • Driving licence (you may be required to run occasional errands) and candidates who have their own vehicle to get to and from the property daily

  • Helping out with meals when the Chef is on holiday or to cover sickness

  • Implementing processes within the house to track daily and weekly tasks

  • Implementing process for checking and ordering stock levels

  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replacing when appropriate

  • Keeping records of any receipts for items purchasing and tracking expenditure through Xero Expenses app

  • Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies

  • Assisting with day to day tasks and running errands

  • Answering telephone or taking messages

  • Local or online shopping

  • Dealing with contractors/tradesmen and arranging any required property maintenance

Our client is interviewing now for an ASAP start, so if this sounds like the right role for you, then please do get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
