What's the gig?
We work with some of the world’s most influential individuals and growing brands, helping respected professionals pave a course for long-term career success. As an intern at our London office, you’ll play a vital role in our team’s success and over the three months of your placement you will be set projects alongside the senior team and targets which will gain you access to the core of a specialist recruitment business. We aim to challenge you in a positive way and to add to your career development. We’re all about people and so its our people who lead the way!
Your focus will include research and sourcing a strong pipeline of candidates, working alongside a team of specialist recruiters. You’ll start to build on your communication and relationship skills, making calls and arranging candidate meetings. We’ll get your creative juices flowing with content projects for our online and social campaigns. There’ll also be an element of administrative support and database entry, but we make this fun by setting you challenges to constantly improve yourself and by inviting you to join us at our creative and busy office environment in one of London’s most sought after co-working spaces. We’re all about community and we celebrate personal talent, entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork, having great people around us is key to our success.
