As part of our expansion into the UAE, you'll be focussing on strengthening an existing community of clients and candidates across the region, as well as implementing both tactical and strategic business development to grow the business. As Office Manager you will work with the MDs to implement office procedures, to promote and build a trusted business name and to hire and train a team of junior recruiters and resourcers. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be focusing on placing House Managers, Estate Managers, Palace Managers, Senior PAs & EAs, Chiefs of Staff, Residence Managers, Family Office Management, C-Suite Executives, Chefs, Personal Stylists and Wardrobe Managers, Close Protection Officers and Security Staff, Personal Trainers and various other exciting roles into GLOBAL HIGH PROFILE HOUSEHOLDS, ESTATES AND OFFICES IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

Your Responsibilities outlined

 

  • Sourcing and interviewing senior level support candidates 
  • Identifying, assessing and engaging with skilled candidates through proactive recruiting techniques
  • Business Development to include cold calling and networking (both tactical and strategic business development)
  • Client account management and client retention
  • Meeting both personal and office agreed KPIs/Deliverables
  • Overseeing candidate vetting and background checks
  • CV advice and formatting
  • Interview planning and advice
  • CRM and ATS management
  • Working with the Talent Resourcers and your Direct Line Managers to strategise on advertising opportunities
  • Briefing the Talent Resourcers on individual mandates and on areas for growth within your specialist office
  • Mentorship/training to junior consultants
  • With the MDs, setting realistic KPIs and Deliverables for junior consultants based in Dubai 
  • Office Management to include; office and financial administration, contractor and vendor management, support with hiring and training of new junior staff members in Dubai and direct reporting to the MDs on all business matters
