Housekeeper Job for VVIP Family in Middle East

The Chace People team is supporting the hiring for an exceptional candidates to form the core Housekeeping team for our VVIP client based in The Middle East.

The team of Housekeepers will be supporting - and reporting into - an Executive Housekeeper, based in the main residence, and joining an existing team of more than 150 personnel between a portfolio of properties. As Housekeeper you will be working as part of the VIP Principal's core support team, and travelling with the Principal and her entourage between the portfolio of properties which make up the clients' estate. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards which the Principal and family expect, ensuring these are consistent throughout. You will be maintaining and detailing the households as well as supervising, motivating and training the team. As the ideal Housekeeper candidate, you will be adaptable, flexible, and efficient. This role is open to international candidates with a full relocation package.

As the ideal candidate, you will be:

• Experienced working in VIP households or Luxury Hotels
• Highly professional and discreet 
• Detail-oriented and fast on your feet
• Able to learn quickly, be flexible and adaptable  
• A team player who sees what needs to be done and gets it done
• Highly efficient with an exceptional eye for detail

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Deep cleaning of the full property
• Turn-down service 
• Basic laundry (There is a separate Laundry team to do the laundry and ironing)
• Strong working knowledge of various fine surfaces and materials and the appropriate products to use 
• Constant detailing and maintenance of the different areas within the property 
• Supervising and supporting other team members 
• Staff training and ensuring consistent levels of details and service are maintained 
• Moving between the properties when needed

This is a full-time position with a 24 month, rolling contract. On top of a tax free, competitive salary, you will be awarded a complete relocation package and benefits; including lovely private accommodation, private transportation, relocation costs, travel home each year, health care, food and living expenses. Depending on your level of experience, you will be offered a salary level according to the salary bands set by the Principal's HR.
