The Chace People team is seeking an experienced and nurturing full-time nanny for a wonderful family in West London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic household, where you will play a key role in the children's daily lives and development.

Job Overview:

The nanny will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for the children. The role includes managing daily routines, organizing activities, and ensuring the children’s well-being. You will work closely with the parents and other household staff, providing consistent and reliable care, with flexibility to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for young children
• Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and activities
• Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Flexibility to accompany the family on domestic and international travel

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a similar role, particularly with infants and toddlers
• Strong understanding of child development and early education; familiarity with Montessori education is desirable
• Ability to adapt to the family’s needs, including flexibility with working hours and for travel
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Excellent references and a legal right to work in the UK
