We are looking for a driven Client Development Manager, who will take a key Business Development & Delivery Lead role and join our busy London team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, or as a Recruiter, ideally with a private staffing and high-net worth focus (luxury lifestyle support, luxury real estate, concierge/hospitality and yachting backgrounds are also considered)

  • Ambitious, sales driven and goal orientated individuals 

  • A genuine passion for recruitment

  • Confidence with your communication style

  • Analytical mindset to produce excellent research and results

Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial ‘recruitment solutions’ for major business wins

  • To work with the Delivery team to identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all opportunities across major key/house accounts

  • To achieve specific new business targets and growth goals

What we expect from you:

  • Through high level networking, constantly seeks and identifies new business opportunities 

  • Proactively maps and networks with senior support staff and C-suite contacts to develop strategically important relationships

  • Is instrumental in the creation of the Client Development Strategy 

  • Meets and monitors their own monthly new business activities 

  • Delivers against the overall Client Development Strategy 

  • Initiates new and innovative client development vehicles 

  • Works closely with the MDs to identify new client engagement strategies based upon client and market demands

  • Identifies and attends all relevant industry events and networking opportunities 

  • Keeps abreast of industry updates and is 'known' as a Market Expert in their field 

  • Is a member of relevant industry Associations / networking groups 

  • Initiates and leads new client pitches and major account opportunities 

  • Working with the Delivery team, markets most placeable candidates’ to senior level contacts 

  • Working with the MDs, creates and runs industry 'groups’ on LinkedIn to build communities 

  • Highly proactive in all areas of social media to create awareness and new business opportunities 


To work with the Delivery team to identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all opportunities across major key/house accounts

  • Takes a lead role for high profile accounts 

  • Proactively networks and upsells within existing clients 

  • Leads review meetings where required with existing major accounts

  • Networks with senior contacts across the industry to develop new contacts in existing clients 

  • Keeps abreast of industry challenges to ensure innovative recruitment solutions are being presented to clients 

To achieve specific new business targets and growth goals

  • Analyses own performance regularly and ensures they are on track 

  • Excellent use of proactive client development systems

  • Proactive in identifying new opportunities and innovative creative solutions
