SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL ASSISTANT HOUSE MANAGER FOR AN AMAZING VVIP FAMILY IN FLORIDA
The Chace People team is actively looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant House Manager to join an existing fantastic team of 15 staff in a VIP private residence in Wellington, Florida.
The successful candidate must have a hands-on attitude, be comfortable helping out and/or supporting staff members in every department, including maintenance and facilities, while being the right-hand to the resident House Manager.
You will be required to be heavily involved - and to support – with the administration side of the running of the property, and so you must be well versed with all IT programs and applications. Including household manuals and procedures, running daily reports and communicating with the external management teams based outside of the private household.
As the Assistant House Manager, you will have a flexible attitude, be able to think fast and on the spot and you will be willing to learn new skills if needed.
The ideal candidate will have an upbeat and happy disposition, a flexible fast-paced work ethic, a discrete nature and a natural team player mentality.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated individual who is based in or around the Wellington area of Florida. This is a daily, live-out position working on a rota schedule which will be discussed with successful applicants. Previous management experience is desired, or this could be a great step up for a Houseman with the right attitude and capabilities.
