EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE FOUNDER & CEO OF FASHION PR & EVENTS AGENCY

The Chace People team is looking for a high energy, proactive and positive Executive Assistant to support the founder and CEO of a growing Fashion PR & Events Agency based between London and LA. You will be someone who is adaptable, who can work consistently and effectively at a fast pace, who is patient, resilient and who will be an extension of the CEO, working closely with her team on the ground in London and alongside an LA based Assistant.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in a similar, founder-led environment and having some commercial knowledge would be a great bonus. This is a small, growing team, with a portfolio of exciting and long-standing high-profile clients within the fashion industry, both in the UK and across the US, so, embodying the agency and becoming an ambassador for the founder at all times is key.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing the CEO’s schedule and email inbox
  • Scheduling external meetings & zooms for the CEO and Company Director
  • Booking & scheduling travel for the CEO (both business & personal), and for the Company Director (business)
  • Offering out of hours assistance as and when required and being flexible to support the CEO across different time zones
  • Supporting CEO on ad hoc personal and lifestyle matters
  • Managing all company HR duties
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as needed, to include event planning and project management
  • Scheduling all internal meetings for the London team
  • Working closely with an in-house Bookkeeper, keeping on top of company finances and payment of invoices
  • Day-to-day running of the office including any company administration

What do I need in my toolbox?

  • 2+ years in a similar founder/CEO support role
  • Highly organized & efficient
  • A proactive thinker, always one step ahead
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at any given time
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
